3. The Cluster may amend/change/add to the Call for Proposals documents until 04.09.23 at 16:00. Such changes will form an integral part of the terms of the order and will be published on the Cluster's website and will even be brought in writing to the attention of all applicants prior to that by email. Proposers must be updated with clarifications/changes on the websites of the Cluster and the Council.
4. The submission will take place on August 3, 2023 between 09:00-12:00 to the tender box located in the southern Sorek cluster, at 21 HaBilot St., Gedera. An offer that arrives after 12:00 will not be placed in the offer box.

Call for proposals 05/2023 in accordance with the call for pilots in the local authorities of the Ministry of the Interior and the National Digital Directorate in the Ministry of Economy, inviting Israeli technology companies developing innovative technologies in the services of local government bodies to apply for assistance in carrying out pilots.

1. The Association of Cities of the Sharon Cluster of Authorities (hereinafter: "the Cluster") wishes to receive proposals for cooperation in the fields of smart transportation systems, innovative solutions for reducing road congestion, smart transportation, accessibility of information and encouragement of the use of public transportation.
2. The cluster will conduct interviews subject to professional criteria to be determined by the cluster later by a professional committee for selecting supplier(s) for cooperation. Priority will be given in the professional committee to projects that provide a solution in the following areas:
   1. Transportation systems / improving access to employment centers throughout the cluster.
   2. Accessibility of information Encouraging the use of clean transportation and/or public transportation.
   3. Solutions to improve and make transportation accessible in rural spaces and connectivity to large cities.
