  2. The cluster will conduct interviews subject to professional criteria to be determined by the cluster later by a professional committee for selecting supplier(s) for cooperation. Priority will be given in the professional committee to projects that provide a solution in the following areas:
    1. Transportation systems / improving access to employment centers throughout the cluster.
    2. Accessibility of information Encouraging the use of clean transportation and/or public transportation.
