Establishing a forum and launching a training program for Arab women from within the cluster authorities for leadership development and tools for better integration into Israeli society, with the understanding that there are many barriers and difficulties today that make it difficult for them to integrate.

As part of the program, the women will acquire tools and skills for personal, leadership and professional development that will help them integrate into education and employment, as well as become influential women who will also inspire other women in their environment.
