The Sharon cluster works to develop a regional ecosystem based on regional growth engines – local authorities, residents of the cluster and the main employers in the region. Through the cooperation of Eshkol Hasharon and the Portland Foundation, a master plan for employment will be initiated, the purpose of which is to connect academia graduates living in the cluster to the largest companies operating within the cluster.

The implementation of the plan will lead to an expansion of the supply of jobs, high-quality and diverse employment, and improvement of the cluster's assets and the local economy.
